Remote Monitoring Package
AVI Systems recognises that although many companies act in a reactive fashion with their IT solutions and problems most companies would like a solution allowing problems to be dealt with before they arise. AVI, has put together a remote monitoring package where a large number of potential issues can be checked on a daily basis. When this package is combined with our helpdesk package it means that when problems arise fault calls will be automatically raised. This can be a very powerful package creating less down-time for your business staff by reducing problems and the time taken to fix them.

AVI can install and setup the Microsoft baseline security analyzer to check how secure your network is from the outside world. MBSA is an easy-to-use tool that helps small and medium businesses determine their security state in accordance with Microsoft security recommendations and offers specific remediation guidance. Improve your security management process by using MBSA security to detect missing security updates on your computer systems.

Spyware
It’s no secret that spyware is a growing problem for companies everywhere. Spyware and other unwanted software can invade your privacy, bombard you with pop-up windows, slow down your computer, and even make your computer crash. We at AVI have investigated and can recommend the best form of spyware and adware defence to be better protected against time-wasting nuisances and threats. It is estimated that two–thirds of all PCs are infected with some form of spyware or adware.
Windows Server 2003 Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
Microsoft® Windows™ Server Update Services (WSUS) enables information technology administrators to deploy the latest Microsoft product updates to Microsoft Windows Server 2000, Windows Server 2003, and Windows XP operating systems. By using WSUS, administrators can fully manage the distribution of updates that are released through Microsoft Update to computers in their network.
