Spam Email and Virus Infections

Please note with immediate effect:

That due to the increasing level of spyware and virus infections through the internet, we are no longer able to resolve any virus or spyware infections under our helpdesk contracts unless you have taken out either our anti-virus or spyware management service respectively.

We have being doing this without charge for many years now, but due to the increasing volume of infections we are no longer able to perform this service.

You are reminded that you must keep your anti-virus and anti-spyware software up to date and perform regular scans to remove any infection.

We have a number of self help documents on how to run anti-virus or anti-spyware removal scans. If you would like a copy please email the helpdesk requesting a copy.

New web based helpdesk service

We are currently working on a web base helpdesk logging system which will allow our customers to access FAQs and to be able to log a call directly into our helpdesk system.
